Do I have OCD … (The symptoms listed)?

I had these symptoms for a year and a half now. Stress and anxiety, excessive anxiety and panic attacks, intrusive mental images (often)-I 'm a hypochondriac to the extreme, I am a germ phobia "My brother recently had a stroke, brain, and my symptoms have worsened since. I avoid foods with cholesterol and fats at all costs. oh and I'm deadly afraid to go see a doctor. as serious I could be I'd hate to die and go to a doctor. I hate them!

sounds like it could be, but it is certainly something to do. see a dr. or counselor complete the diagnosis. if the TOC, which can be easily managed with medications and / or therapy. good luck
