treatment for obsessive compulsive personality disorder

What is the treatment for a person suffering from these disorders?

I think they have obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, major depressive disorder, PTSD and ADHD. I take Celexa and Adderall. I can not find a therapist to talk to. This treatment may be sufficient? Celexa does nothing to help with ADHD. So my psychiatrist put me on Adderral.

I feel sorry for their diagnosis in width. For obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress disorder that requires therapy and talk therapy less more beneficial for cognitive control and overcome these disorders. So please do not give up on finding a good therapist who can work with. I wish you all the best.
