I suffer from atypical depression, generalized anxiety disorder Obsessive-compulsive disorder and bulimia nonpurgative. I take Zoloft 50 mg for 5 weeks and 2 days. The first improvements I noticed after one week less anxiety and depression. My mood was further stabilized in about the third week. The depression has lifted, anxiety much less, less obsession, bulimia, but there is this lack of motiivation of doing things, "Lazy" to take a shower (I know it's serious) or go somewhere. Type of lethargy, but not always as much. Perhaps the lack of dopamine too? Zoloft Dopamine higher goals, but not much. Do you think my dose should be increased, or should also take medication to help increase my lack of motivation and lethargy? But I fear that the drugs also increase noradrenaline make me anxious. Have you had more success with SSRIs, SSRIs medical or strengthening SSNRI for depression Atypical? Thank you! ;)
