There is so much to say to save this question. I have depression. I social anxiety disorder. I am very sensitive and very emotional with people. I know all about the help of therapists, and psychatrists drugs. I know about yoga and exercise. I do know enough sun and write my thoughts. But when things are going well … I still I not stop the pain. All about how to act when'm badly by something or someone in life hit me hard. It feels like I made no progress. I cut myself. I do not know why, perhaps self-hatred, perhaps to cope with my anger and unease that lies just on me. Just do not understand why I keep doing this to myself when I made so much progress. I suppose some idea how to act to me would be helpful at this point. I do not know what to do with myself more.

Have you thought that, given the current nature, these problems health have come to define who you are? Perhaps you have come to feel sick and have to face, so that when things are up and running, do not feel it, do not feel what you're used to, causing anxiety and almost an unconscious desire (If it is the right word) to feel how you used to live.
