Beta blockers forever?
Is it true that once your on a beta blocker, you will have to take it forever? I was put on for BP and heart rate becuase of my anxiety and panic. I want to start stress reduction and excercise and get help for my anxiety panic issues.
I’ve been on and off of beta blockers due to weight loss and gain. Beta blockers can make losing weight harder.
