I know that anxiety can cause frequent urination, affecting the nerves that control the bladder. I also think some irritation at the end of the rod, as a slight pain or burning sensation. Could it be that just because of the frequency of urination create a sort of irritation? How long until disappear? No, not a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted disease. Could it be a nerve injury?
Sounds like a prostate problem. You should get it checked immediately. If there is something seriously wrong with your prostate want it fixed before it gets worse.
