anxiety relief music

Perhaps one of the worse combinations you can have, menopause and Anxiety attacks tend to work “well” together, with one (menopause) inviting the other (anxiety attacks). If this is you, then this article will be music to your ears (or eyes…) as rather than tell you about all those reasons why you might be suffering, which as interesting as it may seem, does not offer you any practical benefit – I will instead talk you through some basics which WILL be practical for you.
Even better, I will end with some words about a method which could stop your anxiety attacks completely.
Here are the 5 practical steps for anxiety relief:
One – The symptoms of anxiety attacks are nothing more than exaggerated reactions to stress in your body. No matter how bad they may feel, it won’t get any worse and you will be alright. Try to cut down on stress causing factors. Don’t give yourself any additional worrying elements in which to think over and aggravate your condition. The menopause is a difficult enough phase in your life without adding anxiety attacks.
Two – Do not fight the anxiety attacks. Trying to stop it coming on with sheer force will simply not work, but probably will make it worse. Strange as it may seem, you just got to accept it for what it is. Try some relaxation methods, such as deep breathing, and let go more of the details of your life which you tend to get upset about. Remember, force negates.
Three – Always seek to make yourself as comfortable as possible. If you are out and about in the town and you feel an attack coming on, go to the side and lean against a pole or wall, or sit. Don’t add worry to your situation by attempting to rush anywhere or get back home. Just ride it out making the best of it where ever you are, because you know what? It WILL go.
Four – No matter how bad you feel it gets, never criticize yourself for the way you feel. Remember that you will be alright and that this “thing” you’re experiencing will go and that you will achieve this in your own time.
Five – Seek to always be in control. If you feel the panic coming on, rather than fight it, use it as an opportunity to relax more. It may sound crazy, but you really can not improve this condition with force. Those anxiety feelings will subside and how glorious to know that you did it all by yourself. After all, it is you who is in control. Always remember that.
How come Benadryl does not sedate me anymore?
A couple of weeks ago i found out that benadryl has a very nice anxiety relief and sedating effect on me. I have anxiety disorder, so it was like a godsend for me (benzos did nothing) My all muscles were relaxed and mind anxiety free after about an hour from taking 1 pill. But now it takes more time to start working. Sometimes even 3 hours after ingestion. Does not look like tolerance, because if i take more pills it wont work better.
So why does i take more and more time to start working each day?
p.s. To people who think that yoga, music and walking can help with anxiety disorder – youre wrong. It can help 0,0001% from what i get with benadryl. Real anxiety disorder is a big pain in the ass.
Benadryl is for occasional allergries, not to be a muscle relaxer, it also interacts badly with alot of other medications be careful and remember you probably have gotten use to it like any other medication it requires more of a dose to retain effects, I am not saying take more mgs repeat after me i am calm, i accept things i can’t change, i will enjoy today i will not think of the what ifs
